Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer, based in our office in Dubai. This position is not a work-from-home role. In this role, you will remotely troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting servers, laptops, and desktops for our clients. Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software problems, maintaining system performance, managing help desk requests, and supporting ongoing IT infrastructure needs. You will also use monitoring systems to proactively detect and address potential issues before they impact operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical support and general information technology concepts and tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of system administration processes and best practices
- Experience with help desk support and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment in Dubai
- Understanding of network and system monitoring tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
