Support and Service Team in Riga is currently seeking for QA Engineer to join our team! This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from all over the Europe while being part of a dynamic and supportive environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, and integration testing;
  • Provide QA expertise during all development stages, including grooming, new functionality, regression, and post-release testing;
  • Participate in product reviews, offering meaningful feedback on requirements, design, and potential issues;
  • Create and update test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
  • Collaborate with the development team and product owners to enhance new and existing features iteratively;
  • Contribute to the design of new features, capabilities, and components.


Required Skills:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QA;
  • Proficiency in testing web applications, cross-browser, and cross-platform systems;
  • Strong practical experience in testing native iOS and Android applications;
  • Hands-on experience with browser DevTools, Postman, and Swagger;
  • Solid knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, and other web technologies;
  • Understanding of JSON, XML, HTML, and CSS;
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab) and GIT;
  • Confident use of Figma and Storybook;
  • Deep understanding of core QA concepts;
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking and documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence;
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.


Will be considered as advantage:


  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus;
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, Postgres, or MongoDB;
  • Basic knowledge of Python.
