Our client is seeking a UI Developer(React) to join their team, hybrid Toronto, 3 days per week.
Must Have
Must Have
- Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React Hooks
- Practical experience with React Query for data fetching and caching
- Solid understanding of component lifecycle and rendering behavior
- Proven experience with frontend performance optimization
- Experience writing unit tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous programming
- Working knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
