The Role

This is a full-stack engineering role with real ownership across product and infrastructure. You will work across frontend and backend systems, shipping features end-to-end while contributing to a platform that supports both patients and clinicians. The role suits someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and taking responsibility for production systems.

What You Will Do

Build and release full-stack features using a modern web stack including React, TypeScript, and Python

Develop backend services and APIs that support clinical workflows and internal operations

Work on system performance, reliability, and security as the platform scales

Partner with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to turn requirements into working software

Contribute to AI-enabled features, including LLM-driven workflows and decision support tools

What You Bring

4–6 years of experience in full-stack engineering, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment

Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript

Backend development experience using Python

Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or similar systems

Experience building and owning production features end-to-end, including deployment
