This role is critical to our operations. You will be responsible for creating precise, production-ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

This role is critical to our operations. You will be responsible for creating precise, production-ready artwork proofs for promotional and customizable products. Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creating accurate artwork proofs for client approval
- Preparing print-ready files that meet all technical specifications
- Ensuring correct sizing, bleed, color mode (CMYK/RGB), and resolution
- Maintaining strict alignment with client brand guidelines
- Reviewing layouts for spacing, typography, and visual consistency
- Managing multiple proofs daily without compromising quality
- Collaborating with Sales, Design, and Production teams to avoid errors and delays
- Strong foundation in graphic design principles
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working with product templates and print specifications
- Deep understanding of print-ready file preparation
- Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss
- Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure
- Strong communication skills in a remote environment
You Are
- Detail-obsessed and process-driven
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy
- Proactive in identifying potential production issues before they happen
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Reliable and accountable in a 24/7 operational setup
- 6 working days per week
- Working hours will be 8:00 AM to 5 PM CST
- 1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday CDT)
- Fixed 8-hour shifts
- 24/7 operations (schedule may vary based on business needs)
