What You'll Do

• Manage and update product listings across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce
• Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and drive sales
• Monitor and process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction
• Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed
• Assist with social media content, promotions, and basic marketing campaigns
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, traffic, and key metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and overall customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and seasonal campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Experience in ecommerce, digital retail, or a related field is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
