Responsibilities

• Manage 5+ concurrent projects valued to $1M+ each.
• Collaborate directly with senior management
• Oversee project delivery, coordination, and quality control.
• Support both site-side and production management.
• Maintain strong external relationships with contractors and partners.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Project Managers: $90,000 – $120,000
• Benefits: Health, dental, vision coverage
• 401(k) with up to 4.5% company match
• PTO: 2 weeks (increasing to 3 weeks after 3 years)
• Performance Bonus: 5–20% annually
