I’ve recently partnered with a highly reputable General Contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who are experiencing significant growth and are looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their team immediately.

The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes while maintaining strong relationships throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ Years in a Project Management position
- Solid tenure with your current employer(no job hoppers)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor environment
- Recent experience delivering projects in one or more of the sectors listed above
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
