We are seeking a detail-oriented R&D Clinical Analyst to join our Orthopedic Reconstruction team in Andover. In this role, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge engineering and regulatory excellence, ensuring our life-changing hip and knee arthroplasty implants meet the highest standards of data integrity. What You’ll Do:

  • Compile and maintain comprehensive technical data for orthopedic reconstruction implants, focusing on the latest hip and knee arthroplasty technologies.
  • Partner with R&D Engineers, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to gather and validate essential product performance and design data.
  • Navigate and manage complex internal and external databases to ensure all orthopedic portfolio information is current, accurate, and accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of data packages required for orthopedic implant approvals


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry, specifically within the Orthopedic or musculoskeletal space. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with hip and knee arthroplasty implant types (Preferred)
  • Prior experience working within a Research & Development environment
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel
