Job Summary

The HICT ERP Systems Specialist is a key contributor to the management and optimization of the ERP systems within the organization. With a deep understanding of ERP systems and their integration within the organizational environment, the Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of ERP functionalities. Collaborating closely with Business stakeholders, the Specialist provides expert guidance on system configurations, process optimizations, and user support strategies to maximize the value of ERP investments. Their specialized expertise enables them to analyze complex business requirements, propose innovative solutions, and facilitate seamless integration of ERP modules tailored to meet the unique needs of the organization. With a focus on driving efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction, the HICT ERP Systems Specialist serves as a trusted advisor, contributing to the organization's strategic objectives through effective ERP system management.

1. Domain Expertise: Specialize in one of the specific business domains such as Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, or Human Resources (HR), gaining in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and business processes within that domain.
2. ERP System Configuration and Optimization: Configure, customize, and optimize ERP system modules to align with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
3. Incident Management and Issue Analysis: Play a key role in incident management within the designated domain, analyzing functional and technical issues reported by users, identifying root causes, and collaborating with technical teams to develop fixes.
4. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes to support the adoption of new functionalities and processes, providing guidance, training, and support to end-users.
5. Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation within the ERP system.
6. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders within the designated domain to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
7. Solution Design and Evaluation: Develop comprehensive solution proposals within the designated domain, including system architectures, process flows, and functional specifications, to address business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
9. User Training and Support: Provide training sessions, user guides, and ongoing support to end-users to promote effective utilization of ERP functionalities and enhance user proficiency.
10. System Integration: Coordinate with technical teams to integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
11. Data Management and Reporting: Manage ERP system data integrity, perform data analysis.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related discipline

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Oracle ERP consultant with experience in operational support.
• Has in-depth knowledge of a specific domain (HR, Finance or SCM) in Oracle EBS (Version 12.2+) and Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Has experience in implementing ERP modules
