Hamptons International Oman is expanding its Strategy & Consulting team and is seeking a commercially minded Senior/Mid-Level Strategy & Consulting Analyst to support real estate advisory, consulting, feasibility, and financial modelling assignments across the Sultanate of Oman.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage single-asset and mixed-use portfolio DCF models using leasing, sales, and construction cost inputs.
• Undertake feasibility and investment analysis including IRR, NPV, EBITDA, and WACC over 5-10–15 year horizons.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis to assess development and investment risk.
• Analyse and enhance internal databases to generate market intelligence and insights.
• Lead data-driven research in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare professional client bid proposals, real estate market reports, and client powerpoint presentations.
• Coordinate with valuation, agency, property management, and other departments to deliver integrated advice.
• Engage with local and international clients and relevant Omani authorities.
• Maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and client care.
• Travel within Oman for market research and advisory assignments, as required.

Candidate Profile

• Arabic and English language and writing skills a must.
• Degree in a relevant discipline preferred (not mandatory).
• 3-5 years experience in real estate advisory, consulting, finance, or market research.
• Strong financial modelling skills (Excel-based DCF, feasibility, highest best use, valuation models).
• Solid understanding of macro/micro market research and real estate economics.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and report-writing abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, commercially aware, and results-driven.
