Role Description
We are looking for a Nintex K2 Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital transformation and workflow automation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, solid documentation capabilities, and proven experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Document business processes, rules, and user journeys in a clear and structured format.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including FSD, FDD, and SDD.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Support UAT activities, clarify requirements, review defects, and work with end users to ensure smooth testing.
- Develop training materials and train business users on new systems or features.
- Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design, and project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role is required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in business analysis within technology, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Proven government experience is a must.
- Strong skills in business process analysis and documentation practices.
- Ability to prepare high-quality FSD, FDD, and SDD documentation.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience supporting UAT and delivering user training.
- Able to travel as per the business needs.
