About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on User Acquisition Manager to run and scale paid campaigns across Meta, AppLovin, and TikTok for Stylio.
You’ll manage large budgets, test bold ideas, and optimize performance based on key metrics like ROAS and CPA. If you’re analytical, fast-moving, and excited to work closely with creatives and PMMs, we’d love to chat!
What You’ll Do
- Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns (Meta, AppLovin, TikTok)
- Optimize ad campaigns to achieve performance KPIs
- Own key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others
- Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition performance
- Work closely with PMMs and the creative team to improve product messaging and ad creatives
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and generate new ideas
- Research and analyze competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including channels and ad creatives
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ year of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing
- Experience managing budgets over $100K on paid social channels
- Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and how they impact business performance
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau
- Structured and systematic approach to work
- Creativity and ability to generate strong ideas and hypotheses
- Ability to explain and support decisions with data
- Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes
- Upper- Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
