Job Description

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand their procurement needs and requirements, challenging these needs and bringing the commercial added value
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for Wix, while maintaining strong relationships with internal interfaces and suppliers
  • Owning and managing the procurement process, from sourcing to contract execution
  • Leading a few procurement categories in all European sites of Wix
  • Partner with Finance, Legal and other teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contract terms, and internal policies
  • Manage complex procurement projects involving various stakeholders while applying both big picture vision as well as orientation for details

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in international companies
  • Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and developing supplier relationships
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, in both Ukrainian and English, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align procurement strategies with business objectives
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving cost savings and process efficiency
  • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
  • Familiar with ERP systems - an advantage
