About the Role

This role is for the Superstore product team at Nykaa, focused on building scalable solutions for retailer-led ecommerce and assisted commerce.

As a PM-2, you will own specific problem areas within the retailer journey such as discovery, cart building, checkout, BDE-assisted workflows. You will work closely with retailers and internal teams to drive adoption, improve conversion, and enable retailer growth on the platform.

This is a high-ownership, high-execution role where you will translate problem statements into product solutions, ship fast, and iterate based on data and field insights. If you enjoy solving for real-world operational problems and building for Bharat users, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a defined product area end-to-end and drive improvements in adoption and efficiency.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify product opportunities and trends in Ecommerce SAAS platforms and apply insights to make informed product decisions.
  • Drive execution across the product lifecycle from problem discovery and PRD creation to launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product experiences..
  • Run experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to validate hypotheses and drive measurable business impact.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM for product features across the shopping funnel ensuring strong adoption among retailers to move towards self-serve growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in ecommerce, B2B, or high-scale consumer tech.
  • Strong execution ability can independently drive features from idea to launch with minimal guidance.
  • Solid analytical thinking comfortable defining success metrics, analyzing data, and making decisions backed by insights.
  • High customer empathy, especially for non-tech-savvy or assisted user segments.
  • Ability to work closely with business and ops teams and translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic understanding of tech systems, APIs, and product architecture is a plus.
