Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior AI Developer to join our team and support the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, automation, and practical problem-solving.
The candidate will work closely with business, product, and technology stakeholders to build prototypes, assist with model integrations, and contribute to internal and client-facing AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and testing AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions
- Support development of prototypes, proof of concepts, and internal tools
- Work on prompt engineering, model evaluation, and workflow optimization
- Integrate APIs, LLMs, and automation tools into business solutions
- Prepare datasets and support data cleaning, structuring, and preprocessing
- Collaborate with business and design teams to understand use cases
- Document development work, experiments, outputs, and learnings
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and support deployment/testing
- Stay updated on AI tools, frameworks, and best practices
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of AI, ML, NLP, and Generative AI concepts
- Working knowledge of Python
- Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LLM workflows, or similar AI tools
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, and integrations
- Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and model testing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to LangChain, vector databases, RAG, or automation workflows
- Familiarity with Streamlit, Flask, or simple front-end prototyping
- Experience with Git/GitHub
- Internship or academic project experience in AI/ML
- Understanding of business use cases for AI adoption
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
