Welcome to Associative! We are a 5-year-old software development firm headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, established on February 1, 2021. We are a team of dedicated innovators and IT professionals passionate about transforming visionary ideas into scalable digital realities.
We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Unreal Engine Game Developer to join our growing Game Development, AR, & VR team.

We are also at the forefront of R&D with our flagship project, NexusReal: Intelligence Fused Reality, bridging digital intelligence and physical reality using AI avatars, NeRFs, and Gaussian Splatting.

We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Unreal Engine Game Developer to join our growing Game Development, AR, & VR team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Fresher
- Education: Any Graduate
- Must Have: Own Laptop for work
- Languages: Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday

- Eligibility: This position is not intended for candidates who are currently pursuing their education or any full-time courses. We are strictly seeking candidates ready to join a full-time role.
- Work Model: This is a full-time, in-office position at our Pune location. We do not offer remote work, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements.
- Interview Format: This is a mandatory in-person interview. Virtual or online interviews are not available for any role.
- Direct Hiring: We are hiring directly for our own team. We are not an outsourcing agency or a recruitment consultancy.
