Job Description

Currently, for our Syngenta Regulatory Team we are looking for Regulatory Operations & Data Specialist.

Employment type: full-time temporary contract for 18 months.

Scope: the Northern zone.

The primary location: Vilnius, we are however happy to consider candidates from other locations in Baltics.

The successful individual will be responsible for Operations and Data Management in the Regulatory area for the purpose of recording and archiving documents and data in Syngenta’s databases. The role holder will support several Country Regulatory Teams and ensure accurate and up to date data submission in key tools.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the data management of registration dossiers and for the recording and archiving of the Regulatory data in Syngenta’s regulatory database (Veeva Vault)
Close collaboration with Regional Data Management Team and Country Regulatory Managers (CRM) to secure updates and details on the planned, ongoing and finished processes
Responsible for the update of internal database for planning, by keeping track of all actions with the relevant CRM
Ensure improvement of data quality and accuracy of the data updates and look for improvements of ways of working and alignment/simplification in the different countries
Responsible of data and document management and routine update on various databases and tools to ensure compliance

Qualifications

Experience of Data and Knowledge management and strong attention to detail
Knowledge of Databases and IT tools (Preferably Veeva Vault) would be considered as an advantage
Excellent organization and time management skills
Experience in working in international environment and remote teams
Team player with pronounced flexibility, resilience and agility even under time pressure
Familiarity with regulatory terminology and processes, as well previous working experience in regulatory agriculture field would be considered as an advantage
Fluent English combined with excellent communication skills
