Data Analyst and Programmer

Are you a problem-solver who loves coding, data, and turning chaos into clarity? If Python, R, SQL, and automation make your heart race (in a good way), then we want to hear from you! Join our Analytics team as a Data Analyst and Programmer, where you'll dive into improving our Forecast Model process and play a key role in driving the success of our flagship platform, Passport. It's your chance to streamline workflows, create innovative solutions, and work with some of the biggest names in the world.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Craft and optimize code for data transformations, statistical analysis, and process automation.
  • Be a team player by reviewing peer projects and building creative, efficient solutions together.
  • Collaborate on bespoke consulting projects for global clients, creating solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Stay ahead of the game by experimenting with the latest programming, cloud computing, and analytics tools.
  • Document your work (yes, even the boring bits!) to make sure the team stays in the loop on best practices.

How You'll Work Your Magic

  • Automate complex data workflows using Python, R, and SQL.
  • Improve processes by optimizing ETL pipelines and understanding how data flows.
  • Harness the power of Azure or Google Cloud Services (GCS) to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
  • Build high-quality code using test-driven development, linting, and clean documentation.
  • Apply your skills in econometrics, statistics, and data science to solve real-world challenges.

What We're Looking For

  • You're a confident programmer who speaks fluent Python, R, and SQL.
  • You've worked with ETL processes and data pipelines and know how to optimize them like a pro.
  • You have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • You've got hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure or GCS.

What You'll Get

  • Salary: €27,000-€33,000 annually (€2,250-€2,750 monthly), based on experience.
  • Professional Development: Work in a dynamic, consultative environment with endless opportunities to grow.
  • Flexibility: Enjoy remote working options and a schedule that respects your work-life balance.
  • Great Culture: Be part of a collaborative team that genuinely values diversity, teamwork, and fresh ideas.
  • Feel-Good Factor: Contribute to volunteer programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
