Our client is seeking a versatile Senior .NET Developer to join the technology group within a leading, wealth management brand. This role combines development with production support, vendor management, and ownership of a core administration platforms.
You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of critical insurance systems, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Contribute to enhancements and integrations across key administration platform.
- Build and maintain APIs and services supporting policy lifecycle processes (quote, bind, renew, claims integration).
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Lead support & maintenance of business-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate incident resolution.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base for operational processes.
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external technology vendors.
- Manage vendor deliverables, SLAs, and performance.
- Review and validate vendor-provided solutions, ensuring alignment with internal standards and architecture.
- Coordinate releases, upgrades, and issue resolution with third-party providers.
