We are looking for an IT Support Technician to support a lifecycle management project for our client, a leading insurance company, in Zurich. The role focuses on preparing and deploying a large amount of employee laptops to replace end-of-life devices, as well as providing hands-on support for monitor installations and general IT equipment setup.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and configure laptops following defined setup procedures
- Replace end-of-life devices and support rollout activities
- Perform laptop decommissioning and sanitization
- Provide hands-on support for installation of monitors and peripherals
- Support end users during deployment activities
Your profile:
- Academic background in computer science
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk
- Good knowledge of Windows 11, Apple iOS, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Intune knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Well-organized, proactive, and self-motivated
- Fluent in English
