Senior Product Manager – Founding Team

We’re looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join a high calibre founding team building an AI platform that is scaling rapidly. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a product early, shape its direction, and make a meaningful impact at scale.

You will join a small but high performing team led by experienced founders, alongside a strong engineering group from top tech companies and Sydney scaleups. You will own the product roadmap and drive execution across a complex, real-world problem space.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to delivery, working directly with customers, and ensuring what gets built delivers real outcomes.

Ideally, your experience looks something like this:

• Experience operating in fast moving startups or high growth tech environments and hungry for ownership
• Energised by building from zero
• Track record of taking products or features from idea through to launch
• Enjoyment of tackling complex problems
• Natural tendency to think in workflows and systems
• Experience working with engineers, founders, and customers
• Motivation to build products that deliver real, measurable impact
