What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing Agile discipline, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure teams consistently deliver high-value, high-quality products. You will lead highly structured daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning with precision and efficiency. Additionally, you will drive Agile maturity at product and platform levels, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

You will manage the implementation of changes end-to-end, ensure clear communication to all impacted stakeholders and a thorough understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues. You will proactively identify potential roadblocks and championing scrum framework practices and Agile principles. You will drive Agile maturity at product and platform levels, ensure alignment with organisational goals. and analyse burn-down charts, velocity trends, cycle times, and lead times to optimise team performance.

What You Offer

  • Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile (DA) frameworks
  • Extensive experience leading Agile teams in highly regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Technology
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, Confluence
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
  • Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II or III is preferred but not required.
