Project Coordinator

Company Overview: We are a modern global creative and media agency, operating as a social-first, integrated marketing partner. We help brands stay relevant by translating audience insight into strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Our work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people engage with content, platforms, and brands in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Project Coordinator to join our Aussie team. In this role, you will be part of a team leading a global brand account, continually reviewing and optimizing the work produced while collaborating with the project management team to establish effective processes. You should be someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what moves consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own daily operations of social retainers, small projects, and one-off requests.
  • Develop full timelines, including inter-department touch-points, milestones, and due dates.
  • Coordinate tasks and priorities with internal and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Route projects through appropriate departments and approvals to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Support the Project Management lead by managing assigned workstreams and resolving immediate project issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables fit into established timelines while maintaining the organization of all creative files.
  • Manage and track budgets against project/retainer deliverables to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Account, Strategy, Studio) to ensure all members understand tasks and next steps.
  • Lead project-related meetings, such as kickoffs and brainstorms, and act as a client-facing contact for timing and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience managing projects or coordinating teams, preferably in the social and digital space.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and asset creation processes.
  • A collaborative approach with a "cool, calm, and collected" attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in organization, with the ability to manage resources and update project plans in management tools like Workfront.
  • Excellent communication skills, both for internal team alignment and client-facing interactions.

Work Authorization: Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. All applicants must currently possess the legal right to work in Australia.
