What You Will Do:
- Identify business and performance improvement opportunities across the end-to-end value chain.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define complex business problems using structured problem-solving approaches.
- Write code and conduct sophisticated analysis using a range of technologies and techniques.
- Build descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive models to drive asset capability.
- Confidently present ideas, results, and recommendations to stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Tertiary qualification and 3-4 years of demonstrated experience using data to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data mining, feature engineering, and statistical modelling.
- Proven experience applying Machine Learning techniques and creating Power BI visualisations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document findings and present to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and working within an Agile framework.
