Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location – Buenos Aires, Argentina
Contract: 12 Months + extension
Our client is a Global Telecommunications Company with an end customer in the BFSI sector.
The successful candidate must have 5-10 years proven experience implementing, operating and supporting Fortinet SD-WAN networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end Fortinet SD-WAN, implementation, operations, and support in a large enterprise environment.
- • Lead SD-WAN deployment activities from planning through steady-state support.
- • Develop, maintain, and enhance deployment runbooks, pre-/post-build checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
- • Execute configuration changes, upgrades/downgrades, patching, and RMAs.
- • Act as Tier-3 / Tier-4 escalation engineer for complex SD-WAN incidents.
- • Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
- • Ensure adherence to change management, documentation, and governance standards.
- • Support operations handover, training, and ongoing technical guidance.
- • Monitor SD-WAN performance, alerts, KPIs, and overall solution health.
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on SD-WAN implementation and operations experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale SD-WAN solutions.
• Solid understanding of routing and network security fundamentals.
• Experience supporting large, complex network environments.
• Fortinet SD-WAN experience.
• FortiGate Firewall, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer exposure.
• Experience in regulated or highly governed environments.
