About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to strengthen our team. You will contribute to the development and evolution of applications used by a mix of internal and external stakeholders.

This role is suited for a versatile developer who is comfortable working across the stack and able to adapt to different technologies, architectures, and delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of cloud-based solutions
• Design and implement application logic, integrations, and data models
• Contribute to engineering best practices in areas such as CI/CD, containerization, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to deliver valuable increments
• Work in an Agile/SAFe context with a strong focus on quality, pragmatism, and delivery

Qualifications & Experience

Professional Experience

• Experience in full-stack software development within a product, delivery, or project-based environment
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Technical Requirements

• Frontend: One major modern framework or library (Angular/React/Vue), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend: One major backend stack (Java/Spring, .NET/C#, Node.js, or similar)
• APIs & Security: REST, web services, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, SSO
• Cloud & Delivery: One major cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE)
• Data: Relational DBs (SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle), SQL, data modeling fundamentals
• Architecture: Microservices, distributed systems, scalable application design
• Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, test automation, debugging, code quality practices
• Tooling: Git, build and deployment tooling
• Ways of working: Agile/Scrum

Soft Skills

• Professional proficiency in English and French and/or Dutch is required.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and stakeholders
