Your Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be the link between our clients, creative teams, and external partners. You will ensure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and exceed client expectations.

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop schedules, allocate budgets, and ensure efficient teamwork.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate creative, strategic, and technical teams to achieve project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee deliverables to ensure they meet requirements and high-quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential challenges early and develop solutions proactively.

Your Profile:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within an advertising or marketing agency
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
• A creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to projects.
• Proven experience in content creation across various platforms and media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign) and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus.
• Creative thinking and a solid understanding of design, marketing, and communication processes.
• Fluent in Luxembourgish and German (both written and spoken), good level of French and English
