Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize end-to-end chatbot conversation flows (including edge cases)
- Write clear, empathetic, and on-brand UX microcopy
- Structure and manage multilingual chatbot content (Dutch, French, English)
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, accessibility, and inclusivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, legal, customer service)
- Conduct usability testing and analyze chatbot performance
- Continuously improve flows based on data insights and user feedback
- Maintain content libraries, design patterns, and style guides
- Coordinate with localization teams for high-quality multilingual delivery
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Conversation Design, UX Writing, or Chatbot Content Design
- Strong understanding of conversation flows, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human-AI interaction
- Experience with tools like Figma, Voiceflow, Rasa, or similar platforms
- Proven ability in multilingual content creation and adaptation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong skills in content structuring, testing, and optimization using analytics
