Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize end-to-end chatbot conversation flows (including edge cases)
  • Write clear, empathetic, and on-brand UX microcopy
  • Structure and manage multilingual chatbot content (Dutch, French, English)
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, accessibility, and inclusivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, legal, customer service)
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze chatbot performance
  • Continuously improve flows based on data insights and user feedback
  • Maintain content libraries, design patterns, and style guides
  • Coordinate with localization teams for high-quality multilingual delivery

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Conversation Design, UX Writing, or Chatbot Content Design
  • Strong understanding of conversation flows, NLU basics (intents/entities), and human-AI interaction
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Voiceflow, Rasa, or similar platforms
  • Proven ability in multilingual content creation and adaptation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong skills in content structuring, testing, and optimization using analytics
