Responsibilities:

• Participate in the creation of project concepts, design management and supervision of sustainable logistics parks;
• Ensure timely approvals and project coordination;
• Prepare, oversee, control, manage budgets and schedules;
• Develop construction projects and supervise whole construction process;
• Manage procurement processes;
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers involved in the construction process;
• Analyse construction structural elements;
• Communicate with state authorities in solving issues related to project development;
• Maintain close communication and collaboration with other related departments (development, leasing, procurement, legal, finance);
• Report the progress and status of the works to Baltic Country Lead of Construction.

Qualifications:

• A higher education degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or similar;
• At least 4-5 years’ experience as construction project manager (in RE development / general contracting organization) and knowledge of legal acts regulation in area;
• Knowledge of design and construction processes and technologies;
• Experience in management of large-scale construction projects at all project stages (from design to submission to state authorities);
• Good Estonian and English languages skills;
• Strong leadership and organizational skills;
• Analytical and time management skills;
• Good knowledge with MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project;
• Ability to spend part of the time on business trips (approximately once per month for 1-2 days).
