Responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation of project concepts, design management and supervision of sustainable logistics parks;
- Ensure timely approvals and project coordination;
- Prepare, oversee, control, manage budgets and schedules;
- Develop construction projects and supervise whole construction process;
- Manage procurement processes;
- Coordinate contractors and suppliers involved in the construction process;
- Analyse construction structural elements;
- Communicate with state authorities in solving issues related to project development;
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with other related departments (development, leasing, procurement, legal, finance);
- Report the progress and status of the works to Baltic Country Lead of Construction.
Qualifications:
- A higher education degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or similar;
- At least 4-5 years’ experience as construction project manager (in RE development / general contracting organization) and knowledge of legal acts regulation in area;
- Knowledge of design and construction processes and technologies;
- Experience in management of large-scale construction projects at all project stages (from design to submission to state authorities);
- Good Estonian and English languages skills;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Analytical and time management skills;
- Good knowledge with MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project;
- Ability to spend part of the time on business trips (approximately once per month for 1-2 days).
