We're seeking a candidate with prior financial institution experience for a 6-month internship working directly with our co-founder. This position offers exposure to both the operational and strategic aspects of a fintech company specialising in securitisation.

• Strategic Projects: Support the co-founder on strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and iteration
• Investor Relations: Assist with preparing investor materials, financial models, and meeting coordination
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate communication between our 15-person team and help align activities with company objectives
• Process Development: Contribute to imagining, establishing and refining operational procedures as the company scales across new geographies and client types
• Marketing and Communications: Strategise, create and implement social media marketing content across our channels to increase awareness and drive lead creation
• Operations Support: Help manage day-to-day operations

• Financial Background: Previous internship or experience at a financial institution
• Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, summarise findings, and present recommendations
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Organisational Capability: Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability: Willingness to take on various tasks as needed in a startup environment
• Language: Clear communication in English, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with financial modelling tools
• Interest in blockchain technology, financial innovation, artificial intelligence
• Knowledge of structured finance concepts (beneficial but not required)

• Professional Development: Work alongside the founding team and gain exposure to all aspects of building a fintech company
• Practical Experience: Develop skills in financial technology, business operations, structured finance, and startup management
• Learning Opportunity: Understand how blockchain technology is being applied to traditional financial processes and gain practical exposure to structured finance
• Team Support: Regular feedback and mentorship from experienced team members
