Job Description:
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and consistent digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and deliver high-quality visual designs that drive user satisfaction and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
- Visual Design: Design visually appealing interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on design solutions to improve user experience.
- Collaboration: Work with developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide design feedback, and ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries for consistent user interfaces across products.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive experiences for all users.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX and apply them to design work.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
