Digital Project Manager – SAP Rollout (m/w/d) |

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join the global S4E Program at Siemens Energy, the largest business and IT transformation, aiming to consolidate SAP systems across 23 end-to-end processes and implement a future-proof SAP S/4HANA ERP environment.

Your Role:

As a Rollout Project Manager, you will lead local SAP S/4HANA rollout activities, ensuring timeline adherence, resource planning, risk management, and coordination with global teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth transition to the new S4E template.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage a detailed local rollout plan aligned with the global roadmap
• Oversee rollout activities and manage localization requirements
• Plan and monitor rollout budget, including financial reporting
• Coordinate work packages with Team Leads, Business Core Teams, Template SPOCs, and SAP Template Organization
• Manage project governance: schedules, risks, issues, testing, cutover
• Ensure IT infrastructure setup, design approvals, and compliance with S/4HANA guidelines
• Lead and coordinate rollout teams, including external partners and consultants
• Prepare and moderate Steering Committee meetings
• Provide regular progress updates to Rollout Management and senior stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–12+ years as an IT Project Manager
• Several full-cycle SAP projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA rollout experience
• Strong background in complex IT and ERP transformations
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams
• Practical experience with Agile delivery, user stories, Jira
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Fluent in English (German is a strong advantage)
