Barden is partnering with a leading tech company in Dublin in their search for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (PHP & Front-End). This is a great opportunity to work on high-impact systems ensuring account security and trust across millions of users.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Contribute across the stack: primarily back-end PHP, but also front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular, and supporting services running in containers.
• Design and implement APIs and scalable backend systems serving millions of users.
• Work with Product, Analytics, and Design teams to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.
• Ensure high availability, security, and maintainability in all system designs.
• Participate in code and design reviews, document technical decisions, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Work in a continuous deployment environment, pushing code to production early and often.

ABOUT YOU:

• 7+ years of experience building and leading technical direction on large-scale software projects.
• Strong PHP backend experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Comfortable designing scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.
• Passionate about building user-focused solutions that enhance trust and safety.

OTHER DETAILS:

• Location: Dublin City Centre - great office culture and environment.
• This role can be fully remote but there are team members in Dublin if you'd like to travel occasionally.
• Contract: Until end of year (~7-8 months). Can operate as DRC or temp contract.
• Hands-on, senior role with significant ownership and impact.
