They are seeking a commercially minded HR head of function to stabilise, strengthen and future-proof the People function.
This is about building structure and driving performance.

The Mandate
You will:
- Partner with c-suite to translate business priorities into a clear, forward-looking People strategy
- Strengthen governance, processes and operational discipline following rapid growth
- Evolve performance management to drive accountability and results
- Build workforce planning capability to support future scaling
- Enhance leadership capability and succession planning
- Optimise reward, payroll and compliance frameworks
- Bring structure and insight through people analytics and HR systems
- Lead complex ER matters with maturity and sound commercial judgement
- Elevate the People team to operate at a strategic, value-add level

About You
- An experienced HR Manager (7+ years) who has operated through growth and change
- Comfortable bringing structure to fast-moving environments
- Commercial, pragmatic and confident influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong across ER, governance and compliance
- Data-driven, systems-aware and process-oriented
- Motivated by building foundations that enable future growth
