Location: Office-based in Dublin City Centre (1 day a week from home)

Overview:
We are working with a client who seek a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join their team. This role focuses on the creation of high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms to support communications, campaigns, and public engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce graphics for print materials including leaflets, posters, brochures, and campaign literature.
Create engaging digital content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.
Collaborate closely with communications and policy teams to translate messaging into compelling visuals.
Prepare artwork for print and liaise with printers where required.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Adapt designs quickly in response to emerging priorities or campaign needs.
Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in graphic design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent attention to detail and layout skills.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative visual concepts.
Strong understanding of typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
Experience preparing files for print production.
