Privacy Operations Analyst (Data Rights & Compliance)
- 11 month contract with potential to extend.
- Salary is €60,000 per year.
- This role is based onsite in Dublin, 5 days per week.
We are hiring multiple Privacy Operations Analysts to support a global technology organisation’s privacy function. This role sits within a high-performing operations team responsible for managing data privacy requests at scale across a global user base.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Success in this role is driven by your ability to process large volumes of cases, apply sound judgement, and operate independently under strict regulatory timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process high volumes of data privacy requests within defined SLAs
- Triage and resolve complex cases, applying GDPR and internal policy frameworks
- Investigate issues and extract key insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal and Engineering
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process consistency
- Contribute to operational improvements and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with evolving privacy regulations and internal standards
What You Need
- Experience in privacy, compliance, legal operations, or high-volume operational environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage ticket-based workflows and meet SLA targets
- Strong judgement and ability to work autonomously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex issues
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred
- CIPP, CIPT or similar privacy certification
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Engineering)
