👉 BREAKDOWN:

• Lead the end-to-end design process with a focus on UX for checkout, guest checkout, shopping cart;
• Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences across core purchase flows for both buyers and sellers;
• Map and visualize user flows for checkout and related journeys to align the team on the customer experience;
• Work closely with PMs, engineers, and data analysts to shape product direction and make user-centered decisions;
• Use qualitative insights, quantitative data, and A/B testing to validate, refine, and improve your designs;
• Continuously look for ways to improve the experience for buyers and sellers, especially in areas tied to conversion and safety;
• Give and receive thoughtful feedback to help raise the quality bar across the design team.

👉 SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in fast-paced B2C or marketplace environments;
• Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product design, from discovery and strategy to execution and delivery;
• Strong UI and interaction design skills, supported by a user-focused, data-informed portfolio. Be sure to include a portfolio link in your CV;
• Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems;
• Experience with user-centered design and conducting research independently;
• Clear and confident in communicating design decisions to stakeholders;
• Strong ownership mentality with a proactive attitude, comfortable identifying design opportunities;
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing is a strong plus.

👉 GROSS SALARY

• The salary range for this position is €3000 – €5500 gross per month, depending on your experience.
