As part of our HR Service Delivery team, you’ll be the go-to support for our employees and managers across Europe. Your day-to-day will involve keeping our HR processes running like clockwork—from answering policy questions and providing references to ensuring our data in Workday is spot-on. We don’t just follow the rules; we’re always looking for better ways to do things, and you’ll have a seat at the table to help us improve our processes and procedures.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing the new joiner/mover/leaver process for the locations you support, including issuing contracts of employment
- Supporting recruitment operations
- Day to day management of the HR inbox, answering queries received from HR colleagues, line managers and employees
- Maintaining and auditing employee data in Workday and keeping it up to date by processing employee changes and correspondence
- Supporting monthly payroll process and HR reporting needs
- Providing support in administering and updating HR Policies and Procedures
- Tracking and processing all HR invoices and ensuring Finance is allocating the costs to the right cost centres
- Supporting other ad-hoc analyses and coordinating projects for global COEs
If you speak English and French fluently, we want to hear from you! We believe that specific tools can be taught, but a great mindset and communication skills are foundational.
- The Languages (The Must-Haves): You are fully fluent in both English and French. You’ll be communicating across borders daily, so clarity is key.
- The Experience: You have some professional experience in an office or administrative environment. You don't need to be an HR expert—we’re happy to show you the ropes!
- The Mindset: You’re organized, have a sharp eye for detail, and actually enjoy solving problems.
- The Tech (The "Bonus" Points): If you’ve used Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, or Workday before, that’s awesome. If not? Don’t sweat it—we’ll provide the training you need to become a pro.
