Are you ready to transform data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions, enhance customer journeys, and contribute to Danske Bank’s digital transformation? We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Channels Corporates tribe in Vilnius, Lithuania.
In this role, you will work with complex operational and customer data connected to migrations, business performance, and continuous improvements across District Danske Bank’s digital platform for business customers.
The Role
As a senior member of a cross-functional squad, you will play a key role in guiding analytical direction, improving our data foundations, and delivering insights that influence both product development and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

In this role, you will work with complex operational and customer data connected to migrations, business performance, and continuous improvements across District Danske Bank’s digital platform for business customers.
The Role
As a senior member of a cross-functional squad, you will play a key role in guiding analytical direction, improving our data foundations, and delivering insights that influence both product development and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analyses of customer migration flows and ensure high data quality throughout core data pipelines
- Drive the development and maintenance of audit logs, history tables, and analytical frameworks that support transparency and traceability
- Identify data issues and collaborate with technical teams to ensure robust data readiness
- Contribute to defining best practices for utilising the analysis technologies used within Danske Bank, while supporting the transition of the analysis framework to modern technologies, such as Databricks.
- Analyse customer behaviour and feedback across surveys, chat interactions, call logs, and platform usage
- Deliver clear, structured analyses that support prioritisation, strategic decisions, and product direction
- Build dashboards and self-service reporting tools for product teams and management
- Identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities
- Standardise analytical processes, documentation, and data models across the area
- Develop automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve the consistency of reporting
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders across the organisation
- Communicate insights in a clear, actionable way to both technical and nontechnical audiences
- Serve as an analytical sparring partner contributing to squad and areawide strategy
- A relevant degree within Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar
- 5+ years of experience working professionally with data analysis, in a digital product or operational environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems
- Solid experience with SQL, python, Databricks or similar analytical tools
- Experience in scheduling flows, e.g. in AirFlow, and setting up notifications
- Some experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub ore similar tool
- Experience working with structured and semi structured datasets
