DevSecOps Expert / Full‑Stack Developer Position in Luxembourg City , Luxembourg

Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition of specifications
• Carry out technical analyses and detailed studies
• Design and implement solutions (applications / APIs / middleware) that meet the specifications
• Ensure the security of the developed solutions as well as the overall architecture
• Participate in the implementation of CI/CD tools and the development standards used by the department
• Develop test suites (unit / functional / end‑to‑end / performance / security tests, etc.)
• Ensure the evolution of existing solutions and guarantee their stability
• Be involved in incident management

Required profile:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience in Identity Management (authentication / federation / OIDC / SAML / WebAuthN / FIDO2 / etc.) and Access Management (authorization / OAuth / API Gateway / etc.)
• Strong knowledge of security aspects (web / mobile / API security, OWASP, SSDLC, GDPR, PSD2, etc.)
• Experience in Java J2EE development (Spring Boot / Play), REST APIs, and Angular

The following skills are considered an advantage:

• IAM products, API Gateway, ESB, reverse proxies, WAF, etc.
• Knowledge of Linux, WSL, and Bash scripting
• Virtualization / Containerization / Orchestration: WSL, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
• Continuous Integration tools: Jenkins 2, Rundeck, Nexus, SonarQube, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Testing tools: Load testing (Gatling), Virtualization (Parasoft), End‑to‑End testing (Katalon)

• Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish and/or German is an advantage
