You will work closely with the Event Manager, Service Catalog Manager, ServiceNow Administrators, IT Service Owners, and Business Owners to maintain and improve IT processes (mainly event and incident/problem processes) for use in end‑to‑end solutions, project delivery, and ongoing service management operations.
How you'll contribute to our success
- Besome the Event Manager in daily activities by providing observability expertise to internal stakeholders and contributing to standard IT Event Management methodology and documentation.

- Generate and interpret reports on system performance, reliability, and event trends, providing insights and recommendations to IT and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives related to monitoring and observability, including documenting standards, guidelines, and procedures.
