Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Onsite)

Employment Type: 6-9 months (with possible extension)

Overview:

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust enterprise applications. You’ll work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications
• Build and enhance scalable backend services
• Work with Spring Boot and J2EE frameworks
• Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Drive continuous improvements and optimisations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–10 years of experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Core Java
• Hands-on experience with:
• Spring Boot
• J2EE
• Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture
• Experience building scalable and maintainable systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
