PMO Lead

Role Description:

• Meeting Notes: Documenting formal meeting notes at the executive level.
• Project Management: Managing up-to-date project plans for all projects.
• Issue and Risk Management: Tracking issues and risks, ensuring project managers are addressing them.
• Project Status Overview: Acting as a central point to provide an overview of the project status.
• Process Improvement: Identifying and monitoring opportunities for process improvements.
• Languages:
• Flawless Dutch: Native level proficiency required.
• English: Strong knowledge is also required.

Competencies:

• Language Skills:
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Program Management:
• Experience in Transition and Transformation Program Management.

Experience:

• Years: 4-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Essential Skills:

• PRINCE2: Strong understanding of PRINCE2 methodology.
• Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Microsoft Tools: Proficient in using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Language Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch (native speaker level).
• Strong proficiency in English.

Desirable Skills:

• Certifications:
• PRINCE2 Certified (or similar certifications).
• Scrum Master Certified (or similar certifications).
