- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex, multi-module applications.
- Design high-quality UI solutions in Figma aligned with customer design systems and accessibility standards.
- Conduct end-to-end UX research, including requirements gathering, user interviews, accessibility and heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and insight synthesis.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent user experiences across multiple modules.
- Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI deliverables.
- Ensure design consistency, usability, and continuous improvement through governance and iterative design practices.
- Leverage Figma and AI-assisted design tools to enhance design efficiency, prototyping, and testing workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and design system implementation.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and their application in UX/UI processes.
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative UX research methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet delivery timelines.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Access to required systems, design libraries, and collaboration tools will be provided.
- All deliverables must adhere to customer branding, accessibility, and data security standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and information security policies.
- Do not store sensitive or project-related data on personal or local devices.
- Maintain all assets, files, and communications within approved and secure platforms.
