Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Title: AI Engineer (Payroll only – NO ZZP/BV)

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Contract: 3 months + extensions

Rate: Flexible

Montash are currently seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to support the rollout of AI assistants across a large international organisation. You’ll build and optimise LLM-based solutions while enabling teams through training and self-service tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI assistants (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG)
• Optimise existing assistants and improve performance
• Develop dashboards to track adoption and usage
• Create training content (videos & documentation)
• Support Teams bots and AI integrations

Required Experience:

• AI/ML Engineering background with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, AI assistants, chatbots)
• Microsoft stack (Azure, Teams, Power Platform)
• Dashboarding (Power BI or similar)
• API / bot development
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Enterprise LLM platforms (e.g. Langdock)
• Knowledge management / self-service tools
• Retail or FMCG experience
