Job Title: AI Engineer (Payroll only – NO ZZP/BV)
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Contract: 3 months + extensions
Rate: Flexible
Montash are currently seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to support the rollout of AI assistants across a large international organisation. You’ll build and optimise LLM-based solutions while enabling teams through training and self-service tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy AI assistants (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG)
- Optimise existing assistants and improve performance
- Develop dashboards to track adoption and usage
- Create training content (videos & documentation)
- Support Teams bots and AI integrations
Required Experience:
- AI/ML Engineering background with LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG, AI assistants, chatbots)
- Microsoft stack (Azure, Teams, Power Platform)
- Dashboarding (Power BI or similar)
- API / bot development
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have:
- Enterprise LLM platforms (e.g. Langdock)
- Knowledge management / self-service tools
- Retail or FMCG experience
