About the Role

This is a pivotal engineering role responsible for designing and delivering robust, real-time systems that enable precise mandate oversight and data-driven decision-making for our growing AUM. You will collaborate closely with quant, product, and investment teams to productionalise cutting-edge tools that give our institutional clients unparalleled transparency and control in digital assets. This role demands deep technical expertise, a passion for fintech innovation, and the ability to build scalable infrastructure in a high-stakes, regulated environment. 

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive, real-time dashboard for mandate monitoring, compliance tracking, and client reporting
• Build high-performance portfolio analytics engines with accurate performance attribution and risk metrics
• Create automated reporting workflows for internal stakeholders and institutional clients
• Integrate seamlessly with leading DEX and CEX APIs for real-time data aggregation and execution
• Partner with the quant team to productionalise research signals into live trading infrastructure
• Ensure resilient, auditable data pipelines delivering precise P&L, exposure, and liquidity insights
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and failover mechanisms for 24/7 system reliability

Job requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or high-frequency trading systems
• Expert proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent)
• Strong database design and optimization skills (PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, or similar)
• Working knowledge of blockchain data sources and APIs (The Graph, Dune Analytics, etc.)
• Solid understanding of portfolio management, risk metrics, and mandate constraints
• Bonus: Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Plotly, Recharts)
• Fluent in written and spoken English essential
