About the Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst (Data & Analytics) to join our growing RevOps team and play a critical role in scaling how we drive revenue through data. You’ll work directly with the Head of RevOps and CEO, partnering across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and owning key parts of our data, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and revenue strategy. Over time, you’ll become a key backup for our data analyst and help elevate our capabilities in forecasting, insights, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain key revenue dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Monitor data quality daily — identify inconsistencies, errors, and anomalies
  • Deliver actionable insights on revenue trends, performance, and risks
  • Support financial planning, including MRR calculations and revenue modeling
  • Own and improve sales forecasting across HubSpot and Power BI
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure pipeline accuracy and visibility
  • Improve funnel tracking and conversion insights
  • Support deal tracking, pipeline hygiene, and performance analysis
  • Work hands-on with HubSpot, Chargebee, and data warehouse
  • Help optimize data flows between systems
  • Collaborate with the Power BI team on scalable reporting architecture· Explore and implement predictive analytics and AI use cases
  • Help evolve our data capabilities beyond reporting into forward-looking insights

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with: Hubspot, Power BI, ChargeBee (or similar subscription billing tools)
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, etc.)
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline analysis
  • Ability to work with data warehouses and data models
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with SQL


Nice to Have

  • Experience with predictive analytics or data science concepts
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Exposure to finance and revenue planning processes
