The organization's activity has been extensive since 1948, through volunteer projects, internships and international teaching campaigns to support a multicultural understanding of the world. AIESEC's activity is led by young enthusiasts from all over the world in order to develop the leadership potential of young people through challenging experiences.
AIESEC is a non-profit organization that offers paid and unpaid internships in start-ups, medium-sized or even multinational companies. Requirements
Assist the manangement team in order to improve internal communication Track and identify day-to-day activities for better internal communication Support BD by researching hospitality markets Support BD by researching corporate/incentive travel segments, events, and partnerships Help identify and secure local partnerships to boost events, experiences, and weekend packages.
Responsibilities
Conduct market and industry research to identify new business opportunities
Research and map potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer segments
Support development of go-to-market and expansion strategies
Prepare outreach materials (company briefs, presentations, market insights)
Maintain and update CRM databases as a research and intelligence tool
Support senior team members with opportunity evaluation and reporting
Coordinate meetings and follow-ups (without sales ownership)
