Your Mission

• Transform complex, tabular data into clear and impactful insights
• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL processes
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and reliability across all data layers

What You’ll Do

• Develop scalable data models aligned with business needs
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness
• Collaborate with BI analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data warehouse solutions
• Manage data integration and ETL processes from multiple sources (DBs, APIs, etc.)
• Optimize performance of data systems (queries, indexing, partitioning, cost efficiency in Azure)
• Enable seamless integration with BI tools like Power BI for reporting and visualization

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in SQL and Python (or similar languages)
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with data modelling techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high data quality
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate needs into data solutions
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
